2. What Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Role / job title (optional)
  • The content of your message

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics on this website.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your business enquiry — contacting you back, preparing an answer to your question, and, where you request it, arranging a discovery call. We do not use your data for marketing automation, profiling, or sharing with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox in the contact form, and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Retention Period

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting correspondence — no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless a business relationship is established or legal obligations require longer retention. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and Transfers

Your data is processed within the European Union. It may be handled by our trusted hosting and email infrastructure providers acting as data processors under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data and do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your Rights (Articles 15–22 GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it (Art. 15);
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
  • request erasure of your data — "the right to be forgotten" (Art. 17);
  • restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18);
  • data portability (Art. 20);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
  • not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 22).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

8. How to Contact Us About Your Data

To exercise any of your rights, withdraw consent, or ask any question about how we handle personal data, email us at hello@vexeren.com. We respond to all data-related requests within 30 days.
